The Green Chair Project will be hosting a Veteran's Day donation drive along with Note in the Pocket and Kramden Institute. The drive runs from 10am-3pm, and we are needing volunteers to help collect and sort donations.
Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. You may be working outside for some or all of your shift. There are lockers on site to store your belongings if needed.
How to sign up to volunteer:
To register for a volunteer spot, you'll first need to create an account with us if you haven't done so already. Click the "respond" button, create your account, and then log in. From there, you'll be able to sign the volunteer waiver and register for the shift(s) of your choice. You will receive a confirmation email once you've successfully registered.
Please note that the minimum age for volunteering is 13. All volunteers ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult (age 18+). All minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian sign the minor release form prior to registering for a volunteer shift. The release form will be available once you register for an account.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult, both must register separately for accounts and sign up for a volunteer spot.
