Student Internships
What We Do
We provide a summer (June - August) and a school year (September - May) internship program, beneficial for both college and highschool age students. There are 2 spots available per session. As an intern, students will learn about the world of non-profits and specifically about The Green Chair Project's furniture and sweeter dreams services. They will have the opportunity to hone their professional skills including personal presentation, customer service, and both written and verbal communication. Interns will serve in each area of our organization - logistics, program, development and engagement - giving them valuable context of how their individual tasks affect the organization and their community as a whole.
