Thank you for volunteering for Curated for a Cause!
Curated for a Cause is The Green Chair Project’s newest fundraising event, blending high design with heartfelt impact. This immersive shopping experience invites local interior designers to create beautifully styled vignettes using donated furniture, home décor, and accessories. All items are available for purchase at a fraction of its retail value – and guests take their purchases home the same day. All proceeds from the event directly support Green Chair's mission to provide essential furnishings to our neighbors experiencing hardship.
Shopping days will take place on Friday, April 17 from 9:00am-4:00pm and Saturday, April 18 from 10:00am-2:00pm. Volunteers will support by greeting guests, assisting on the sales floor, working in our holds area, or assisting with checkout. No prior experience is needed! Please sign up for a time slot and you will be assigned a duty on the day of the event.
Attire: Volunteers should wear neat, casual attire appropriate for a customer-facing sales event. Jeans are welcome, but please avoid exercise clothes or overly worn clothing. Comfortable shoes are recommended, as you will likely be on your feet for the duration of the event.

How to sign up to volunteer:
Please ensure that you have completed ALL steps below to reserve your spot.
1. Click the blue "respond" button and either sign in or register for
an account.
2. To register for an account: complete step 1, "create an account,"
and step 2, "qualifications." Be sure to sign the volunteer waiver.
3. Go back to the event page. Click the blue "respond" button again.
4. Register for the shift(s) of your choice.
5. You will receive a confirmation email titled "Confirmation: The Green
Chair Project Volunteer Shift." This is a different email from the one you received after creating an account. If you do not receive the confirmation
email, check that you have successfully completed all steps above. If you still
