Thank you for volunteering with The Green Chair Project! We look forward to seeing you.
During your volunteer shift, you may be asked to assist with a combination of the following:
- Processing donations
- Packing items for clients
- Cleaning and organization projects
- Outdoor beautification projects (e.g. planters, garden, front porch, etc.)
- Additional projects as needed
Please arrive for your shift wearing closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. There are lockers on site to store your belongings if needed.
How to sign up to volunteer:
Both the parent and child must register on our site and sign the volunteer waiver to reserve their space for volunteering on a specific day (each takes one of the open slots).
To register for a volunteer spot, you'll first need to create an account with us if you haven't done so already. Click the "respond" button, create your account, and then log in. From there, you'll be able to sign the volunteer waiver and register for the shift(s) of your choice. You will receive a confirmation email once you've successfully registered.
