Thank you for volunteering with The Green Chair Project! We look forward to seeing you. Please arrive for your shift wearing closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. There are lockers on site to store your belongings if needed.
Volunteer tasks may include:
Processing donations
Packing items for clients
Outdoor beautification projects (e.g. planters, garden, front porch, etc.)
Cleaning and organization projects
Additional projects as needed
How to sign up to volunteer:
To register for a volunteer spot, you'll first need to create an account with us if you haven't done so already. Click the "respond" button, create your account, and then log in. From there, you'll be able to sign the volunteer waiver and register for the shift(s) of your choice. You will receive a confirmation email once you've successfully registered.
Please note that the minimum age for volunteering is 13. All volunteers ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult (age 18+). All minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian sign the minor release form prior to registering for a volunteer shift. The release form will be available once you registerer for an account.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult, both must register separately for accounts and sign up for a volunteer spot.
